Summary
The Bone Dorkip is one of several Dorkips that a player will craft in a playthrough of Aloft. Much like the Stone Dorkip, this can be used to harvest 
Turf and 
Soil from the ground on islands and harvest leaf piles located on islands in the Fallen Heights biome. This tool may also be used as a weapon against Corrupted Enemies.
Obtaining
The Stone Dorkip can be crafted at a workbench after unlocking the recipe which will require late-game resources to craft this tool. The player can learn the recipe for this item by combining x2 Carved Darkwood, x1 Sharp Bone, and x1 Waxed Rope into a workbench and selecting to either learn or craft the item.
Usage
The Bone Dorkip can be used to:
- Obtain soil by clearing grass off of land.
- Till soil in Farm Plots so that crops may be planted within.
- Used as a weapon. Compared to the Bone Sword, the dorkip has a shorter combo but does less damage and is slower.
- Dorkips can be used to excavate hidden chests on islands. These hidden chests can be found where an X or O is marked with rocks.

- The term Dorkip is unique to Aloft. It is a term created by the developers.
