The Fireplace is a buildable structure in Aloft. It can be crafted from the Build Menu after unlocking the recipe. Fireplaces can be ignited by consuming x1 Charcoal through interacting with the structure. After it is ignited, the player can cook food through the use of Cooking Plates attached to the object.

There are two types of fireplaces in Aloft. Both variants have the same crafting cost. The first variant has one open wall, allowing for the attachment of one Cooking Plate. The other variant has four open walls, allowing for the attachment of up to four Cooking Plates.
