Rope is an extremely useful secondary resource (i.e. - is created through the use of other resources.) As noted in the description, it is used in many aspects of crafting and construction. There are two ways to make rope.
Obtaining
Other than finding rope in various containers and Hidden Chests across the archipelago, rope can be crafted by the player.
Rope is created using Mykter Fibre gathered from fighting enemies on corrupted islands. This can be done through the character's inventory crafting tab rather than a Workbench.
1 Rope = 2 Mykter Fibre. On the Spinner, 1 Mykter Fibre creates 1 Rope, making this more efficient than crafting at the Workbench or in player inventory.
Uses
Rope can be used in crafting weapons, tools, and in construction.
