Obtaining
The Face Sculpture can be found perched atop stalagmites or sitting on shelves. They can be picked up by hovering over them and holding down the interaction button. (E on keyboard)
Using
These cuties can be placed and stacked atop one another or on shelves or stones, etc. by using the Build menu. They are listed under the Decorations tab. You must have picked up a face sculpture in order to place one, but there are five different shapes and faces to choose from no matter what the version of the sculpture you pick up.
