"Food for your Pheasant friends. - Inventory Description

Grain is a secondary resource, in that it can be created from other items to be used as a resource.

Not very useful in the current demo, this can be created and used to feed pheasants in the future.

Obtaining

In order to create Grain, place a seed packet into the Millstone and complete the minigame or sit on the menu until the creation is complete. One seed pouch becomes one packet of grain.

Use

The following information is not applicable to the current demo. This is based on past demo information and may be subject to change before the game is fully released.

Grain is used by having it in the inventory and hovering the view point over a pheasant. Pressing and holding the Interaction button (E on keyboard) allows you to feed a Pheasant. If a wild Pheasant, this allows you to befriend and name the Pheasant. If you feed a befriended Pheasant, the action will trigger hearts and the Pheasant sound. If you feed a befriended female Pheasant, the action will also trigger the production of one Egg and one Feathers.
